2. 個人情報の定義
本ポリシーにおける「個人情報」とは、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」）に定める個人情報を指し、生存する個人に関する情報であって、氏名、メールアドレスその他の記述により特定の個人を識別できるもの、または個人識別符号が含まれるものをいいます。
3. 個人情報の取得方法
当社は、以下の方法により適法かつ公正な手段で個人情報を取得します。
- Shopify APIを通じた、マーチャント（ストアオーナー）による本アプリのインストール・利用時の情報取得
- マーチャントが本アプリの管理画面で入力する情報
- Shopifyが提供する顧客情報（マーチャントの許可に基づく）
4. 取得する個人情報の項目
マーチャント（ストアオーナー）に関する情報
- ストア名、ドメイン、ロケール
- ストアオーナーまたはスタッフの氏名・メールアドレス
マーチャントの顧客に関する情報
- 顧客ID、氏名、メールアドレス（Shopify APIを通じて取得）
本アプリが生成・保存するデータ
- ポイント残高（有料ポイント・無料ポイント）
- ポイント取引履歴（付与・交換・失効の記録）
- 特典の設定内容および交換履歴
- メール送信ログ（宛先、件名、送信状態）
- Shopify認証に関するセッション情報
取得しない情報
- 決済情報やクレジットカード情報
- ストア訪問者の閲覧行動やアクセス解析データ
- ストアフロントへのCookieの設置は行いません
- マーチャントのストアデザインの変更やストアフロントへのコード挿入は行いません
5. 利用目的
取得した個人情報は、以下の目的の範囲内でのみ利用します。
- マーチャントの顧客に対するポイント残高・取引の管理
- ポイント付与時の顧客へのメール通知の送信
- 特典の管理および交換機能の提供
- マーチャントの認証およびアプリセッションの維持
- 本アプリの改善・不具合対応
- 適用法令に基づくコンプライアンス対応
利用目的を変更する場合は、変更後の利用目的を本ポリシーに掲載し、マーチャントに通知します。
6. 第三者提供
当社は、以下の場合を除き、あらかじめ本人の同意を得ることなく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
- 法令に基づく場合
- 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
- 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
- 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき
業務委託先への提供
本アプリの運営にあたり、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で、以下の業務を外部のサービス提供者に委託しています。
- アプリの動作基盤（Shopify）
- データの保管（クラウドホスティングサービス）
- 通知メールの送信（メール配信サービス）
これらの委託先には、業務に必要な範囲でのみ個人情報を提供し、適切な管理を求めています。
7. 安全管理措置
当社は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失またはき損の防止のため、以下の安全管理措置を講じています。
- 技術的措置: すべてのデータ通信は暗号化されています。データベースへのアクセスは制限されており、認証には業界標準のセキュリティ技術を使用しています。
- 組織的措置: 個人情報の取り扱いに関する責任者を定め、個人情報へのアクセスを必要最小限の範囲に制限しています。
- 物理的措置: アプリケーションおよびデータベースはクラウドサービス上で運用されており、データセンターの物理的セキュリティはサービス提供者の基準に準拠しています。
8. データの保持期間
- ポイント残高、取引履歴、特典データは、本アプリがインストールされている間保持します
- マーチャントが本アプリをアンインストールした場合、Shopifyの要件に従い、関連するすべてのストア・顧客データを48時間以内に削除します
- メール送信ログは運用目的で保持し、アプリのアンインストール時に削除します
9. 開示・訂正・利用停止等の請求
個人情報保護法に基づき、ご本人は当社が保有する個人情報について、以下の請求を行うことができます。
- 利用目的の通知: 当社が保有する個人情報の利用目的の通知を求めること
- 開示: 当社が保有する個人情報の開示を求めること
- 訂正・追加・削除: 個人情報の内容が事実でない場合に、訂正・追加・削除を求めること
- 利用停止・消去: 個人情報が利用目的の範囲を超えて取り扱われている場合、または不正に取得されたものである場合に、利用停止・消去を求めること
- 第三者提供の停止: 個人情報が本人の同意なく第三者に提供されている場合に、提供の停止を求めること
請求方法
上記の請求を行う場合は、本ポリシー末尾の連絡先までメールでご連絡ください。ご本人確認のうえ、合理的な期間内に対応いたします。
Shopifyプライバシーウェブフック
当社はShopifyの必須プライバシーWebhookにも対応しています。
- 顧客データリクエスト: 特定の顧客に関連するすべての保存データを提供します
- 顧客データ消去: 特定の顧客に関連するすべての保存データを削除します
- ショップデータ消去: アンインストール時に、ショップに関連するすべての保存データを削除します
10. 法令遵守
当社は、個人情報の取り扱いに関して、個人情報保護法その他の関連法令およびガイドラインを遵守します。
11. ポリシーの変更
本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはメールでマーチャントに通知します。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Introduction
ponpon ("we", "our", or "the App") is a Shopify application that provides loyalty point management features for Shopify store owners ("Merchants"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when Merchants install and use our App.
Information We Collect
From Merchants (Store Owners)
When a Merchant installs the App, we access the following through the Shopify API:
- Store information: Store name, domain, and locale
- Account information: Name and email address of the store owner or staff member who installs the App
- Customer data: Customer IDs, names, and email addresses (accessed via Shopify API to manage point balances and send notifications)
Data We Store
The App stores the following data in our database:
- Point balances: Paid points and free points per customer
- Point transactions: Records of point awards, redemptions, and expirations
- Rewards: Reward configurations created by the Merchant
- Reward redemptions: Records of customer reward exchanges
- Email logs: Records of notification emails sent to customers (recipient address, subject, send status)
- Session data: Shopify authentication session information
Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect payment or credit card information
- We do not collect browsing behavior or analytics data from store visitors
- We do not use cookies on the storefront
- We do not modify the Merchant's store design or inject code into the storefront
How We Use Information
We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:
- Managing point balances and transactions for the Merchant's customers
- Sending email notifications to customers when points are awarded
- Providing reward management and redemption features
- Maintaining compliance records as required by applicable laws
- Authenticating Merchants and maintaining app sessions
- Improving the App and resolving issues
Third-Party Services
We use the following external service providers to operate the App:
- App platform (Shopify)
- Cloud hosting service for data storage
- Email delivery service for customer notifications
We share personal information with these providers only to the extent necessary for their services, and require them to handle data appropriately.
Data Retention
- We retain point balances, transactions, and reward data for as long as the App is installed
- When a Merchant uninstalls the App, we delete all associated store and customer data within 48 hours, in compliance with Shopify's requirements
- Email logs are retained for operational purposes and deleted upon app uninstallation
Data Deletion Requests
We comply with Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks:
- Customer data request: We provide all stored data associated with a specific customer upon request
- Customer data erasure: We delete all stored data associated with a specific customer upon request
- Shop data erasure: We delete all stored data associated with a shop upon uninstallation
Merchants can also contact us directly to request data deletion.
Data Security
- All data is transmitted using encryption
- Database access is restricted and secured
- We use industry-standard authentication methods
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify Merchants of any material changes through the App or via email.
